Andrea Guido

Andrea Guido is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Institute for Futures Studies (Stockholm, Sweden) and visiting fellow at the Laboratory of Agent Based Social Simulation (LABSS, ISTC - CNR, Rome, Italy) under the supervision of Dr. Andrighetto.

A recurring theme of his research is understanding the conditions and the mechanisms underpinning cooperative behaviour. In particular, he combines theoretical and experimental methods to shed light on the emergence and evolution of social norms. Before joining the institute, he was an active research fellow at the Laboratory for Experimental Anthropology, ETHICS EA 7446, Catholic University of Lille. His past works span through several topics such as: Group Formation and Assortative Mechanisms, Networks of Cooperation and Cross-Cultural studies on Trust and Cooperation.
