Tijan is a research assistant at ISTC-CNR, member of the Laboratory of Agent Based Social Simulation (LABSS) and member of Laboratory of Virtual Human Dynamics (VirtHuLab), University of Florence.

He holds a Master's Degree in Neuropsychology. His research focuses on neuropsychological assessment (neuropsychological disorders, cardiovascular and neurodegenerative dementia) and cognitive neurophysiology through behavioral (i.e. tasks, eye tracking) and neuroimaging methods (i.e. EEG, TMS). Further interests include statistical modeling applied to sports and application of advanced technology in psychological practice and research.
